Heat cooking oil or olive oil in a sauce pan under medium
fire. Fry chicken wing and drumstick till half cooked. Addin
sliced sausage and fry till all cooked. take out chicken and
sausage and set it aside, leaving cooking oil in sauce pan.
Heat oil under medium fire. Addin chopped onion and chopped
garlic. Stir fry till onion is translucence then pour in rice
and stir till rice begin to be translucence. Addin turmeric and
chicken stock. Mix well. Heat till rice boil then lower heat,
close cover and let rice simmer till all stock is absorbed, stir
occationally to prevent rice sticking to pan. |
